Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies Appointments Sessions are available by appointment only. A valid credit card may be required to reserve your appointment. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee if the appointment time cannot be filled. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness, emergencies, or severe weather and unsafe driving conditions. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client's scheduled appointment. The full session fee will still apply. Missed Appointments (No-Shows) Appointments missed without notice may be charged the full session fee. Payment Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include: Credit Debit (processed securely through Wix Payments) Cash E-transfer (available upon request) Thank you for respecting these policies.
